We don't train models on your data and we don't share it with third parties. At the end of the engagement you can request deletion, in which case all working files are removed within 14 days.
Only with your explicit consent at the start of each call. Transcripts are used to build the process map and are kept inside the same restricted workspace as the rest of the engagement. Raw audio is deleted within 30 days of the readout unless you ask us to keep it for your own records.
