These Terms of Service govern the relationship between SEPTEM AI and the users of the service. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

SEPTEM AI is a SaaS platform for business systematization and AI automation implementation. The service is provided on a subscription basis with token-based billing.

3. Subscription and Tokens

• Tokens are allocated at the beginning of each subscription period
• Unused tokens roll over to the next month
• Upon subscription cancellation, unused tokens expire
• Additional tokens can be purchased at the plan rate

4. Payment

Payment is made monthly or annually depending on the selected plan. Annual billing includes a 20% discount.

All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial expires, a subscription is required to continue using the service.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of the paid period. Refunds for the unused portion of the period are not provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

SEPTEM AI is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the achievement of specific business results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you over the last 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service at least 30 days in advance.
